Event Rules and Acknowledgement
- Vendor participation is free; space is limited.
- Each vendor may bring one 10'x10' or 12'x12' tent that must be weighted.
- The City provides one 8-foot table and two chairs per vendor space; any additional tables, displays, and furnishings must fit within the designated 10'x10' area and be supplied by the vendor.
- Generators are permitted.
- Vendors must operate during full event hours; set-up is 7:00–8:30 a.m.; all vendors must be fully set up and ready by 8:45 a.m.; breakdown/departure may begin only after the event ends unless early departure is approved by the Facility Supervisor due to inclement weather or emergency; no-shows or early departures without notice may affect future participation.
- Vendors must have a valid business license and proof of general liability insurance naming the City as additional insured, and copies must be submitted with the application and kept on hand during the event.
- Maintain cleanliness and dispose of trash properly.
- Professional and family-friendly signage and displays are required.
- Organizers may remove or deny non-compliant vendors.
- The City reserves the right to accept or reject applications or impose conditions at its sole discretion if the vendor or application is inconsistent with the City’s interests or injurious to public health, safety, or welfare.
