    Vendor Spaces

    Vendor participation is free of charge; however, space is limited. Each vendor is allowed to bring one 10'x10' 12’x12’ tent (must be weighted for safety). The City will provide one (1) 8-foot table and two (2) chairs per vendor space. Additional tables, displays, and furnishings must fit within the designated 10'x10' area and be supplied by the vendor.

    Dance Groups/Styles

    We are inviting dance styles of all cultures which includes ExerDance (fitness). Instructors are welcome. Dance styles must be family friendly. Your music playlist must be provided no later than July 6th. Your playlist must include the song title, Artist who performs it and it must be the "radio edited" version.

    Power & Generators

    Generators are permitted.

    Operating Hours

    • Vendors must operate during the full event hours as scheduled.
      • Set-up time: 4 to 5:30 p.m.
      • All vendors must be fully set up and ready to begin by 5:45 p.m.
      • Break-down/Departure: Vendors may begin packing up only after the event concludes, unless early departure is approved by the Facility Supervisor due to inclement weather or emergency.
      • No-shows or early departures without notice may affect future participation.

    Licensing & Insurance

    • All vendors are required to have the following documentation prior to participation:
      • A valid business license issued by the appropriate jurisdiction.
      • Proof of general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured (coverage minimums may apply).
    •  Any applicable state or local certifications/licenses, such as:
      • Mobile vendor permits
      • Food handler’s permits or ServSafe certification (if serving or preparing food)
      • Health Department inspection clearance (if applicable)
      • Copies of all relevant documentation must be submitted with the vendor application and kept on hand during the event.
    • Additional Notes
      • Vendors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in and around their assigned space.
      • Trash must be disposed of properly; failure to clean up may result in loss of future vendor privileges.
      • All signage and displays must be professional and suitable for a family-friendly environment.
      • The event organizers reserve the right to remove or deny any vendor that does not comply with these regulations.
      • The city will have sole discretion to accept or reject any application from participating in the market. The city may reject an application, or impose conditions on participation, if the city determines that the proposed vendor or any component of the application would be inconsistent with the city’s interest in promoting the event or if the City of Daytona Beach deems it would be injurious to public health, safety or welfare.
